Pacifier JC-232

The installation steps for greenhouse accessory nipple (JC-232, also known as greenhouse film sealing plug) are very simple, just follow along:

preparation

First, clean the area of the greenhouse slot that needs to be sealed, confirm that there are no debris inside the slot, and that the greenhouse film has been inserted into the slot and preliminarily fixed.

Positioning installation point

Find the gap between the greenhouse film and the slot (such as the edge of the greenhouse film, the corner of the slot, or the position where the greenhouse film is loose), these are the areas that need to be sealed.

Insert pacifier

Pinch the "head" of the pacifier, align it with the gap between the slot and the film, and gently insert the "base" of the pacifier into the gap until the base is fully inserted into the slot and tightly adheres to the film.

Check reinforcement

Gently pull the greenhouse film after installation to confirm that the pacifier is not loose; If it is a long slot, it is recommended to install a nipple every 20-30 centimeters to protect the sealing effect.
